Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine chicken and vegetables in a bowl. Mix spices and oil separately, then toss everything to coat.
- Spray air fryer basket with oil, add mixture in batches, and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Check for doneness; chicken should reach 165°F internally. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and lemon if desired.
