Method
- Scrub potatoes, dry, and poke holes with a fork.
- Rub with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Place potatoes in basket.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Pierce with a fork; if it slides in easily, they're done. Slice open and add toppings.
