Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 4 medium russet potatoes or sweet potatoes for a healthier twist
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil for higher smoke point
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder optional, for extra flavor
  • ½ tsp paprika optional, for a smoky kick

Method
 

  1. Scrub potatoes, dry, and poke holes with a fork.
  2. Rub with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Place potatoes in basket.
  4. Cook for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Pierce with a fork; if it slides in easily, they're done. Slice open and add toppings.

Notes
