Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out pastry and cut into squares.
- Place brie in center of each square, add cranberry sauce, then fold and seal.
- Arrange on baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with herbs if desired, then serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of fresh herbs before serving.
