Baked Cranberry Brie Bites!

These delightful puff pastry bites filled with creamy brie and tangy cranberry sauce are perfect for festive gatherings or appetizers.

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg beaten egg (for egg wash)
  • to taste fresh rosemary or thyme (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out pastry and cut into squares.
  2. Place brie in center of each square, add cranberry sauce, then fold and seal.
  3. Arrange on baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
  5. Let cool slightly, garnish with herbs if desired, then serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of fresh herbs before serving.
