- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pierce each potato with a fork and rub with olive oil.
- Sprinkle sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika evenly over the potatoes.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and tender.
- Slice open, fluff with a fork, and top with butter and chives if desired. Serve hot.

For extra crispiness, pat the potatoes dry before oiling.
