Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in another.
- Combine wet and dry, then fold in chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
- Pour batter into pan, sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake 55–65 minutes, cool before slicing.
Notes
For best results, do not overmix the batter.
