Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets 6-8 oz each
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
  • green onions for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes (if using), and sesame oil.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
