Method
- Slice beef against the grain into 0.5 cm slices, marinate with soy sauce, oil, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. Steam broccoli until tender, then set aside.
- Cook beef in a hot skillet until browned, then add garlic and ginger, stir briefly.
- Return broccoli to pan, add sauce, cook until thickened, then serve hot.
Notes
Use high heat for stir-frying to prevent sticking and ensure quick cooking.
