Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta and steam cauliflower until tender.
- Blend cauliflower, milk, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Mix cooked pasta with cauliflower sauce and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs if desired, then bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm.
Notes
For a crunchier topping, add more breadcrumbs or bake a few extra minutes.
