Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika; set aside.
- Cook chicken in 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then whisk in soup and water until smooth and bubbling.
- Return chicken and add broccoli; cover and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through and broccoli is tender.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add more soup or water as needed.
