Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 tablespoons butter divided for cooking
  • 4 to 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 10.5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup or more if needed
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 to 3 cups broccoli, chopped adjust for desired firmness
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Optional
  • to taste kosher salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • for serving lemon wedges optional

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika; set aside.
  2. Cook chicken in 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then whisk in soup and water until smooth and bubbling.
  4. Return chicken and add broccoli; cover and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through and broccoli is tender.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, add more soup or water as needed.
