Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste N/A Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup crushed beef rinds (optional for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Steam cauliflower until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Mix heavy cream, cheeses, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine cauliflower with cheese mixture and transfer to a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with crushed beef rinds (if using) and dot with butter. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, sprinkle crushed beef rinds on top before baking.
