Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Steam cauliflower until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix heavy cream, cheeses, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cauliflower with cheese mixture and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with crushed beef rinds (if using) and dot with butter. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool briefly before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, sprinkle crushed beef rinds on top before baking.
