Method
- Steam cauliflower until tender, then drain.
- Heat heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Mix cauliflower with cheese sauce, then transfer to a baking dish. Top with Parmesan if desired.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
