Ingredients
  

Cauliflower
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping, optional)

Method
 

  1. Steam cauliflower until tender, then drain.
  2. Heat heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Mix cauliflower with cheese sauce, then transfer to a baking dish. Top with Parmesan if desired.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
