  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Avocado Mousse
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • Hot sauce to taste (optional)
Serving
  • Baguette slices or crackers for serving

Method
 

  1. Combine flour, panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Dredge shrimp in breadcrumb mixture, ensuring full coating.
  3. Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds).
  5. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  6. Blend avocado, lime juice, cilantro, salt, pepper, and hot sauce (optional) until smooth.
  7. Spread avocado mousse on baguette slices or crackers.
  8. Top with crispy garlic butter shrimp.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
