Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dice sweet potatoes into ¾-inch cubes. Pat dry.
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Spread on baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are crisp.
- Remove from oven and serve hot. Optional: garnish with herbs or lime.
Notes
For extra crispiness, pat the diced sweet potatoes dry before tossing with oil.
