Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix peanut butter, sweet potato puree, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra richness, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top before baking.
