  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • ¾ cup sweet potato puree, smooth and lump-free
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
dry ingredients
  • cup cake flour
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp fine salt
  • ¾-1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix peanut butter, sweet potato puree, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

For extra richness, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top before baking.
