Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and ginger to make the glaze.
- Pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper, then sear skin-side down in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes.
- Flip salmon, pour half of the glaze over, then transfer skillet to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Optional: brush with remaining glaze or pour over before serving. Garnish and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lemon before serving.
