Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and dry sweet potatoes.
- Poke holes in each sweet potato with a fork. Place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 45-50 minutes until tender.
- Check for doneness by piercing with a fork. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
- Cut a slit in the top, add optional toppings like butter or cinnamon, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or a pat of butter before serving.
