Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Spread minced garlic evenly over the salmon.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Sprinkle chopped dill over the salmon and lemon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before baking.
