  • 1.5 lbs Salmon fillet skin on or off
  • 4 tbsp Butter unsalted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before baking.
