- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before baking.
