  • 1 pound salmon fillet skin on or off
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels.
  2. Whisk together teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Marinate salmon for 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place salmon in the air fryer basket, skin side down if skin is on. Cook in batches if necessary.
  6. Air fry for 8-12 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
  7. Remove salmon from the air fryer and place on a serving plate.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the salmon fillet.
