Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until dough forms.
- Form dough into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in each ball and fill with jam.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
