Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Filling
  • 1/4 cup fruit preserves or jam

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until dough forms.
  3. Form dough into balls and place on baking sheet.
  4. Make an indentation in each ball and fill with jam.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
