Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or substitute with whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt thick consistency recommended
Egg wash
  • 1 egg egg for egg wash
Toppings
  • Optional toppings e.g., everything bagel seasoning, cinnamon, shredded cheese, garlic & herbs, chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and optional cinnamon. Add Greek yogurt and form a dough.
  3. Knead dough, divide into 4, shape into bagels with holes.
  4. Brush with beaten egg and add toppings. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden.
  5. Cool slightly, then slice and serve. Enjoy!

For extra flavor, try adding cinnamon or your favorite toppings before baking.
