Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and optional cinnamon. Add Greek yogurt and form a dough.
- Knead dough, divide into 4, shape into bagels with holes.
- Brush with beaten egg and add toppings. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly, then slice and serve. Enjoy!
