Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix dry ingredients; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar; add egg, vanilla, and almond extracts.
- Gradually blend in dry ingredients; add green food coloring.
- Shape dough into balls, place on ungreased sheets, flatten, and sprinkle with red sprinkles.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes; cool before serving.
