  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon juice of
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Chop vegetables, peel and devein shrimp.
  2. Heat Olive Oil: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add Garlic: Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Sauté Vegetables: Add bell pepper and zucchini; sauté for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Cook the Shrimp: Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Add Lemon Juice: Remove from heat, add lemon juice, and toss.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes along with the paprika.
