Method
- Season chicken with spices. Sear in oil until golden, then set aside.
- Toast rice in the same pan, then add broth, BBQ sauce, and honey. Return chicken to pan.
- Simmer covered for 15 minutes, add vegetables, then cook for 5 more minutes until tender.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, then fluff rice and garnish with green onions or parsley before serving.
