Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Pour the honey-garlic mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions, if desired.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides (rice, roasted vegetables, etc.).
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey-garlic mixture for at least 30 minutes before baking.
