Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets 6-8 oz each
Honey-Garlic Glaze
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Chopped parsley or green onions optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Pour the honey-garlic mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite sides (rice, roasted vegetables, etc.).

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey-garlic mixture for at least 30 minutes before baking.
