Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 ounces salmon fillets 4 (4-6 ounce) fillets
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 avocado diced avocado
  • 1 cucumber sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup cooked edamame
  • ½ cup sriracha mayo
  • to taste red pepper flakes red pepper flakes
  • to taste sesame seeds sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Cube the salmon and marinate in soy, honey, sriracha, garlic, and water for 20-60 minutes.
  2. Cook the salmon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, then add remaining marinade and cook until thickened.
  3. Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, avocado, cucumber, and edamame.
  4. Drizzle with sriracha mayo, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds.

Notes

Marinate the salmon for at least 20 minutes for best flavor.
