Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Steam cauliflower until tender, then drain.
  2. Combine cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan; heat until smooth.
  3. Add cheddar cheese to the sauce and stir until melted. Mix in cauliflower.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle Parmesan cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or cayenne pepper.
