Method
- Mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate steak for 30 minutes.
- Cook steak in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Rest briefly.
- Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, sriracha, salt, and pepper to make the spicy sauce.
- Assemble bowls with rice, steak, and drizzle with spicy cream sauce.
