Method
- Peel and slice bananas into 1-inch pieces, then freeze for 1 hour.
- Mix softened peanut butter with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Spread peanut butter on banana slices, then top with another slice to form sandwiches. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip banana sandwiches in melted chocolate, roll in chopped peanuts, and sprinkle with sea salt. Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
