Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut puff pastry into 3x3 inch squares.
- Press pastry squares into a greased mini muffin tin, add brie and cranberry sauce, then brush edges with beaten egg.
- Garnish with herbs if desired, then refrigerate up to 24 hours.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed, then cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Refrigerate assembled bites for up to 24 hours before baking for best results.
