Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Butterfly the shrimp by slicing along the back.
- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the butterflied shrimp.
- Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Dust the stuffed shrimp with paprika.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and stuffing is golden brown.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cream cheese mixture.
