  • Fresh dill or parsley chopped, for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
