Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta, then drain.
- Melt butter, stir in flour, cook 1-2 min. Whisk in milk, cook until thickened.
- Remove from heat, stir in cheese, garlic, onion, salt, pepper. Mix with pasta.
- Spray muffin tin, fill cups 3/4 full, top with breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- Bake 15-20 min until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use fresh cheese for best flavor. Serve warm for optimal taste.
