Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • as needed Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta, then drain.
  2. Melt butter, stir in flour, cook 1-2 min. Whisk in milk, cook until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in cheese, garlic, onion, salt, pepper. Mix with pasta.
  4. Spray muffin tin, fill cups 3/4 full, top with breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  5. Bake 15-20 min until golden. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use fresh cheese for best flavor. Serve warm for optimal taste.
