Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- If using, add white grape juice and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, butter, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and cooked through, flipping halfway.
- Serve shrimp and sauce over cooked rice. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
