Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon until thickened, about 10 minutes. Cool.
- Season turkey with salt, pepper, olive oil, rosemary, and thyme. Place in a roasting pan.
- Brush turkey with glaze, roast for 1.5-2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra glaze.
