  • 4-5 lb turkey breast, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon until thickened, about 10 minutes. Cool.
  3. Season turkey with salt, pepper, olive oil, rosemary, and thyme. Place in a roasting pan.
  4. Brush turkey with glaze, roast for 1.5-2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  5. Rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra glaze.

Notes

Use fresh cranberries for best flavor and texture.
