  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) optional
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before baking.
