Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt; cut in butter until crumbly. Press into pan and bake 15 mins.
- Whisk pumpkin, sugar, eggs, vanilla, spices, and salt. Add milk and mix until smooth.
- Pour filling over crust and bake 35-40 mins until set. Cool completely.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Slice and serve with whipped cream or powdered sugar.
Notes
Chill the bars well before slicing for clean cuts.
