Method
- Mix pumpkin puree, coconut cream, BetterHalf, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, maple syrup, nutmeg, salt, and chia seeds until smooth.
- Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Whip coconut cream with vanilla and BetterHalf Creamer until fluffy, then top the pudding.
