- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cube sweet potatoes, then toss with melted coconut oil, salt, and brown sugar. Spread evenly on a sheet pan and roast for 27–35 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes.
- For seasoned version, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, cumin, and garlic powder before roasting. Roast similarly for 27–35 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes.
Notes
Flip the sweet potatoes every 10 minutes for even roasting.
