Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Mix oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne (optional), salt, and pepper. Rub on salmon.
- Add salmon to baking sheet with potatoes. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Melt butter, add garlic, cook 1 minute. Add asparagus, cook 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Serve salmon with asparagus and potatoes. Enjoy!
Notes
Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to your spice preference. You can also add a squeeze of lemon juice to the salmon after baking for extra flavor.
