  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to your spice preference
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch optional for extra crispiness
  • Optional Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut potatoes into wedges and soak in water for 30 minutes (optional).
  2. Dry wedges thoroughly, then toss with olive oil, spices, and cornstarch if using.
  3. Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Check for crispiness; broil briefly if needed. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the wedges longer and broil briefly at the end.
