Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment.
- Cream butter, sugars until fluffy; beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt; stir in oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls onto sheets; bake 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Cool briefly on sheets, then transfer to racks to cool completely.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake; store in an airtight container.
