  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika (regular, smoked, or hot)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Mix garlic, honey, mustard, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  3. Arrange chicken and asparagus on the baking sheet, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Spoon honey garlic mixture over the chicken and asparagus.
  5. Broil for 6-8 minutes until chicken is cooked and browned.
